Strategic Advisory

Providing support related to maximizing enterprise value through assessment of current P&L performance and defining strategies for increase of enterprise value by optimizing operations and the financial structure of the company for maximizing valuations.

E2E Deal Sourcing

Based on the investors strategy, we define target companies (and possible JVs) and support our clients from target identification till their exit. We are not an M&A boutique, supporting the sales process. We are working with partners/investors who are also end-buyers of companies.

Strategic PMO Management

Organizational structuring and PMO setting for target companies, finding the right professionals for strategy execution, tracking of deliveries and performance within several workstreams, providing reporting support for investors or PE fund’s investment managers.

Business Development

We have a broad network of individuals within the public and private sector, where we connect ideas and business opportunities, set up the right people for execution of a project and find new opportunities for business growth in various industries.
